The Grotto is the tutorial quest. You meet the Cleric Cellimas Villihune, Talbron Tewn, and Jeets Shmis here. This quest should teach you how to rest, swim, fight, use levers, loot chests, find secret doors, talk to npcs, and exit out of a dungeon.
