Rest Shrines are most commonly found along with a Resurrection shrine in adventure areas, and can be identified by their glowing blue moon. Rest Shrines are important because they allow your character to 'rest' at them and recover hit points and spell points. Once you have rested at a shrine, it is important to note that you can't rest there again for a certain amount of time, usually 20 minutes. Some shrines will not let you rest at them again.
